  1. Prepare 10 pieces of Parwal.
  2. Prepare 200grm of mini prawan.
  3. Prepare 2 of chopped onions.
  4. You need 1 of Tomato.
  5. Prepare 1 spoon of cuming powder.
  6. Prepare 1 spoon of coriander powder.
  7. You need as required of Turmeric powder.
  8. It’s as per taste of Salt.
  9. It’s as per taste of Red chilli powder.

  1. Clean the parwal and cut one side of it. Then bring out it's seeds with the help of spoon..
  2. For stuffing, take a pan put some oil and then add 1 chopped onion, parwal seeds, prawns, salt, red chilli powder. Then let it cooked for 10 to 15 minutes..
  3. Now make a paste of 1 tomato, 1 onion and 1 ginger cube. Then add cuming, coriander, turmeric and red chilli powder in the mixture along with salt and keep it side..
  4. Now fry all the parwal with salt and turmeric powder. Once parwal fried then stuffed the prawn..
  5. Next in a pan put some oil and add the tomato, onion mixture and let it cooked for few minutes. Then add 2 cup water and bring it to boil.
  6. Once masala cooked properly a semi thick gravy will form then add the parwal there and serve with rice or roti..
