Ingredients of Temaki-zushi
- Prepare 3 cups of Short Grain Japanese rice *180ml cups.
- You need 72 ml of Rice Vinegar.
- It’s 4 tablespoons of Sugar.
- It’s of Salt 1 teaspoon strong.

- You need of Soy Sauce.

- Prepare of Eel Kabayaki, Canned Tuna mixed with Japanese Mayonnaise.
- You need of Tuna Sashimi & Spring Onion (*finely chopped and mixed).
- Prepare of Salmon Roe, Teriyaki Chicken, Tonkatsu (pork cutlet), Ham.
- You need of Yakitori & Yakiniku, Omelet.
- It’s of Cucumber, Avocado, Radish Sprout, Lettuce, Shiso (perilla).
- Prepare of Carrot (*cooked in salted water or sliced into thin strips).
- Prepare of Japanese Pickles (radish, ginger, cucumber, etc.).
- You need of Umeboshi, Natto.
Temaki-zushi instructions

- Place Nori sheet on a plate, then spread small amount of Sushi Rice thinly, place some fillings on top the rice and roll up by hands and eat. Some people may wish to have some dipping Soy Sauce and Wasabi. Serve with hot Clear Soup (and cold wine!!!).
