Ingredients of Black Pepper Udon Noodle

  1. Prepare 200 grams of flat udon or any udon noodle.
  2. You need 2 cup of choi sum vegetable or any green vegetable.
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of oil.
  4. You need of POUNDED PASTE.
  5. It’s 2 clove of garlic.
  6. Prepare 2 small of shallot.
  7. Prepare 1 of thumbs size ginger.
  8. It’s of LG BLACK PEPPER SAUCE.
  9. You need 1/4 cup of water.
  10. It’s 1 cup of black pepper sauce or pls refer to my recipe if you want to make this sauce.
  11. You need of GARNISH.
  12. It’s 4 slice of thinly black pepper ham.

Black Pepper Udon Noodle instructions

  1. UDON NOODLE.
  2. bring water to a boil then simmer for 11 minute then drain and cool with runny water then drain set aside.
  3. BAKE BLACK PEPPER HAM.
  4. put thinly sliced black pepper ham in oven on foil and bake 200 C /400F for 15 to 20 minute.
  5. STIR FRY.
  6. with oil stir fry pounded paste till fragrant then add water and choi sum vegetable.
  7. stir fry vegetable for 1 minute then add cooked udon noodle and black pepper sauce.
  8. mix well for another 1 minute then off heat.
  9. Optional add on ,,cherry tomatoes and black pepper flavoured ham on black pepper udon noodle and serve immediately.
  10. Divide equally and serve.
