Ingredients of Korean Fried Chicken
- You need of Chicken large pieces 12.
- Prepare of Buttermilk 1cup(made using 1cup milk and juice of 1lemon).

- It’s 1/4 cup of Cornflour.
- Prepare of Paprica,red chilli powder,Crushed red chillies,chicken powder,garlic powder,salt and baking powder 1/2 Tsp each.

- Prepare 2 of Eggs(season with salt and paprica,black pepper).
- You need 1 cup of For Korean sauce:Ketchup.
- It’s of Soya sauce:2tbsp.
- Prepare of BBQ sauce:3tbsp.
- You need of Sesame seeds:2tbsp.
- You need of Sugar:1-2tbsp.
Korean Fried Chicken instructions
- Marinate chicken with buttermilk,salt,hot sauce and vinegar for 2 hrs.
- After 2 hrs add Garlic powder,red chilli flakes and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or best is overnight.
- Drain the chicken over the grill..
- Prepare dry batter by mixing maida with all seasonings..
- Beat eggs with paproca,garlic powder,chicken powder,salt and black pepper 1/4 tsp each.

- Now coat the chicken first in dry batter..
- Dip the chicken in eggs then again in dry mix..
- Put this in preheated oil,5mins on one side on medium high flame..
- Then turn and fry from other side on medium low and once about to be fully done than set flame on high. Take out in a Platter..
- In a Sauce pan add 1tsp oil,add chopped garlic..
- Then add all sauces and mix well.put flame off,mix sesame seeds..
