  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Preheat a heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add the diced onions to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and tomato paste to the pot and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
