Ingredients of Kanya's fish rolls
- You need 300 grams of fish fillets , diced.
- Prepare 1 bunch of spring onion,chopped.
- You need of seasoning.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 150 grams of cabbage shredded.
- It’s 1 tsp of black peppers.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sriracha hot sauce.
- You need 1 of oil,only little.
- It’s 2 clove of crushed garlic.
- It’s 15 of spring rolls wrappers ,or more depend on what size you make.
Kanya's fish rolls instructions
- On fry pan over medium heat,brown garlic ..follow with diced fish ,cook for 2 mins.
- Add cabbage ,seasoning ,let all cook more 5 mins ,add chopped spring onion ,heat off let it cool.
